🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and industry regulations in Bali.
• Proficiency in HR software like BambooHR and Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD Level 5 or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
