📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure project approvals and permits.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management and supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other civil engineering software.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
