📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze production data using statistical process control (SPC) and other data analytics tools.
• Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as statistical process control (SPC), Excel, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the fitness and health monitoring industry is a plus.
