🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product growth, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape and emerging trends in product growth.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Certifications in digital marketing or product management are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
