📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of injection moulding facilities
- Ensure the smooth running of production processes by addressing any issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Train and mentor junior staff on facility operations and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve facility efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the injection moulding industry
- Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with injection moulding equipment and processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
