📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Support and maintain ERP systems, such as SAP, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues promptly.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, implementing new solutions as needed.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and ERP systems.
• Proficient in SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cloud services.
• Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure or ERP systems are a plus.
