In this role, you will be responsible for assembling furniture components, preparing orders for delivery, and supporting our logistics team in maintaining a well-organized warehouse. You will work with tools such as power drills, screwdrivers, and measuring tapes, and you will need to follow our standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assemble furniture components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare orders for delivery by packaging and labeling them correctly.
- Support the logistics team in maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Good knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in furniture assembly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
