As an Event Activation Lead at Aroma Prima Livindo, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of our brand's event activations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute event activations that align with the company's marketing strategies.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics and vendor management.
• Create and maintain event documentation, including reports and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key event partners and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
