📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee security operations
• Ensure the safety and well-being of staff and clients
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and enforce security protocols
• Conduct regular security audits
• Provide security training to staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client management or security
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Valid security certification such as SIA (Security Industry Authority) or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
