You will work in a fast-paced environment, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel to maintain accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
• Provide excellent customer service in both Mandarin and English
• Process payments and issue receipts for various financial transactions
• Monitor cash levels and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in inventory management by recording sales and restocking items
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a financial or retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in finance or customer service a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
