We are looking for someone who can manage and improve our credit control processes, ensuring timely payments and strong client relationships.

As a Credit Control Executive at Klanggroup, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments, and resolving payment issues. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure our financial health and client satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and reducing overdue amounts.
• Follow up on overdue payments, negotiating settlements, and resolving payment issues.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve payment terms and collection processes.
• Prepare and analyze credit control reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
