As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and maintain API documentation.,Ensure all documentation is consistent with our brand voice and style guide.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and readability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.
