📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit technical proposals and tenders for BMS and HVAC projects.,Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and assess project requirements.,Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.,Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.,Participate in technical meetings and presentations to discuss project details and progress.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal and tender preparation for BMS and HVAC systems.,Strong technical knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.,Proficiency in technical writing and presentation skills.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
