📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure efficient use of financial resources.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance and accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Experience with financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
