📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and market share.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the sales manager.,Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
