📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Understanding of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work and virtual team management.
