📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements of each position.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.
  • Track and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
