📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
