📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of company operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company goals.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve optimal performance.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
