📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective customer service.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures to prevent theft and loss.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Report to management on team performance, customer feedback, and any issues that arise.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all customer transactions and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with customer service systems and software.
