In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our premises and ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of the premises and its occupants.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Manage and train security personnel to maintain high standards of security.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Proficiency in using security management software and tools.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.
