📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.,Provide exceptional customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Monitor inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Train and mentor new sales and cashier staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
