📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.,Lead and mentor a team of outlet managers and staff, providing training and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
