📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs to meet organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during training and development activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
