📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.

Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Provide operational support during projects and initiatives.

Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management or related field.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Fluency in English is a plus.
