📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or in a related role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for training sessions and meetings.
