Global Market Dinamis is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial support to the management team. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll, including calculating employee wages, withholding taxes, and preparing payroll reports.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Provide financial support and analysis to the management team as needed.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
