📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menu plans that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Create and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement cost-effective food purchasing strategies.,Ensure all kitchen staff are properly trained and certified.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local ingredients and culinary traditions.,Ability to create and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
