PT Surya Pratama is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for maintaining high standards of vehicle care and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available and in good condition when needed.,Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance, registration, and other legal requirements.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.,Provide training and support to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or incidents promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
