📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for projects in accordance with company standards and procedures.,Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure cost estimates are accurate and complete.,Conduct cost analysis to identify potential cost savings and efficiencies.,Maintain and update cost databases and other relevant information systems.,Provide cost estimates and analysis to project managers and other stakeholders as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide support and guidance to project team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of cost estimating software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
