📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring vital signs.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Perform other duties as assigned by the head nurse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
