📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using high-quality coffee beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Maintain a clean and inviting café environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and in working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Manage cash transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in stocking and managing coffee supplies, including beans, milk, and syrups.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
