📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.,Coordinate training schedules and ensure all training sessions are conducted effectively.,Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with the Training and Development team to ensure the successful execution of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
