As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets health and safety standards.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer service expectations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food or grocery industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English is required.
