Berkah Krisna Laundry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings, and leading a team of chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's goals and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen operations.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development of new recipes and culinary concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid food handler's license and other relevant certifications.,Experience in the laundry industry is a plus.
