📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the port terminal, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, and other key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in port terminal operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
