Cloud Point Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR team in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR activities, such as training programs and team-building events.,Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
